Reservation Policies
At Ye Olde Centerton Inn, we value a personal touch so all reservations are made over phone only.
How to Reserve:
Please call us during or before business hours to book your table.
No Voicemail Reservations:
We are unable to accept reservations through voicemail, email, or mailed letters.
Large Parties:
For groups of five or more, our staff will take your relevant credit card information as need.
Special Requests:
Please share any dietary needs, celebration notes, or other details when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Table Requests:Seat assignment is based on business volume and staffing; We cannot guarantee specific servers or tables for your reservation. Wheel Chair Access For guests with mobility needs, we offer a wheelchair-accessible entrance directly from the parking lot which can accommodate many wheelchairs. Please check when making a reservation to determine the dimensions. Upon arrival, give us a call so a staff member may open the door.

To ensure proper service and guarantee your table, we do not overbook our dining room.therefore, a last-minute cancellation or no-show significantly affects our operations. Should your plans change, we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible.
Late Policy:
Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reservation time. Due to our limited staff and future guest reservations, we may void your reservation after this time. A table is to be considered as arrived only once all guests are sat and present.
Bar Seating:
Reservations are also required for bar seating. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Early Arrivals:
While we will accommodate early arrivals when possible, we cannot guarantee that seats will be available before your reserved time. Also, since we accept dine-in reservation at the bar we cannot guarantee a seat at the bar if you arrive early. In the event that the seats are available, we expect that the reservation be sat in the dining room at the set reservation time.
Large Parties:
For parties of five or more, a credit card deposit of $20 per person may be required at the time of booking. This deposit may be applied to your final bill on the day of your visit. The largest party we can accommodate is eight guests. Providing credit card information constitutes acceptance of this reservation and cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a Tuesday reservation, the cancellation must occur by the prior Sunday. Guests who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or who fail to arrive for their reservation, are subject to forfeiture of their credit card deposit.
These practices allow us to properly staff, prepare, and provide the level of hospitality our guests have come to expect at Ye Olde Centerton Inn.
